5.29 Joint Major in Computer Science and Physics

  1. Chemistry 1050 and 1051 (or Chemistry 1010, 1011, and 1031).

  2. Thirty-nine credit hours in Computer Science are required for the Joint Major: 1710, 2710, 2711, 2742, 2760, 3715, 3716, 3719, 3724, 3725, 3731, 3754, and 4770.

  3. Physics 1050 and 1051 (or 1020, 1021 and 1051) plus at least 30 additional credit hours in Physics including 2053, 2055, 2750 (or 2056), 2820, 3220, 3400, 3500, 3550, 3750 and 3900.

    1. Mathematics 1000 and 1001.

    2. Mathematics 2000 and 2050, Pure Mathematics 2320, Statistics 2510 and Applied Mathematics/Pure Mathematics 3260.

    3. Physics 3810 or Applied Mathematics/Pure Mathematics 3202.
