The application system is managed and controlled by Memorial University. All required documents must be submitted with your application by the application deadline.  

Application System Opens: Wednesday, June 24, 2026, 5:00pm (3:30pm EST)
Application System Closes: Wednesday, August 27, 2026, 11:59 pm (10:29pm EST)

Applications not submitted by the deadline, including processing of payment, are not accepted. Please plan accordingly to submit by the deadline.

Applicants are advised to monitor their student account leading up to the deadline regarding the status of their references. You do not need to wait for your referees to submit their references to submit your application and we encourage you NOT to wait for referres. Once your referees submit their letters on your behalf, they will match to your application.

If you are invited to interview and then subsequently offered acceptance, you will be required to accept both via your student account linked to your application.
