Application Procedures and Acceptance

Applications

Step one: Submit completed paper application forms to the School of Graduate Studies Office, or complete the application online here.

Step two: The application will then be reviewed in the Office of Research & Graduate Studies and forwarded to the appropriate program coordinator specified by the applicant for evaluation.

Note: Faculty interested in supervising a particular candidate should discuss with the appropriate Graduate program coordinator or the Associate Dean in their division about that request. The decision will be made according to the available resources. 

Acceptance

Upon meeting the necessary entrance requirements the student will be sent:

Full acceptance letter: This is a full letter of acceptance where the details of the proposed program will be sent with.

Provisional (conditional) acceptance letter: This means that you are conditionally accepted for your program while the remaining documents are yet to be sent.
