Our office is open Monday – Friday, 8:30am -4:30pm (8:30am - 4:00pm in summer). We are closed on weekends and university holidays.

If you would like to request a private appointment or have specific questions that are not answered on this website, please contact us. Private appointments will be by phone; any unauthorized use of a recording device during telephone calls is prohibited. Handwritten notes may be taken for your own personal reference.

E-transcripts

If your institution issues official electronic transcripts, we accept e-transcripts sent in the following manner:

1. Sent directly by your Registrar’s office to transcriptsmed@mun.ca
2. Sent through a transcript ordering service (e.g. Parchment, MyCreds).
3. E-transcripts forwarded by applicants are void and not accepted.
