Meditech Username and Password
Meditech training is provided in Eastern Health's online orientation, via Desire2Learn. Instructions for logging into Desire2Learn, and accessing the orientation module, will be emailed at a later date.
Completion of the Healthcare Technology and Data Management (HTDM) form is required in order to be issued a username and password for Meditech and other applications such as PACS. Please complete the highlighted sections.
Note, MUN graduates must also complete this form to maintain access, otherwise accounts will expire before the start of residency.
Usernames and passwords, pending verification of online training, will be emailed directly to the address provided on the form.
