We are pleased to share this draft strategic plan outline as the starting point for a broader consultation process with our internal and external stakeholders. This document reflects what we have heard so far and what we believe are the key ideas, priorities, and domains that will guide our work moving forward. It also reflects the vision for how we can continue to strengthen our Faculty together.

Importantly, this is a draft outline for consultation purposes only. It is intended to invite discussion, feedback, and new ideas. We welcome all perspectives and encourage open and thoughtful engagement throughout this process. Your input will help shape the final strategic plan and ensure it reflects the collective aspirations of our Faculty, our partners, and the communities we serve.

As a socially accountable Faculty of Medicine, we are committed to responding to evolving health care needs and identifying opportunities for innovation in education and research.
