Finance oversees the financial responsibilities of the Faculty of Medicine.  

Our department provides quality services in the areas of

• Accounts Payable
• Purchasing and Procurement cards (P cards)
• Travel requests and travel claims
• Catering pre-approvals
• Budget development and budget monitoring (Monthly Financial Oversight)
• Research accounting (Grants) support

Staff are available to answer questions in person, located in 2M300. However, electronic submissions of documents is preferred.

When submitting electronic documents, please send them to only one email. If multiple email addresses are included, it results in duplication of work.

Please note that policies and procedures are developed by either Memorial University, Tri-Agencies, or other granting institutions. The Finance Department is responsible for ensuring compliance.
