EAP Provider Change

Memorial’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provider has changed from TELUS Health to GreenShield effective July 1, 2025.  

Access GreenShield services using the organization code memorial or access the crisis support line at 1-833-707-4747 (toll-free, 24/7/365).
