The Off-Campus Student Housing service offered by the Grenfell Campus Student Services Office is designed to support Grenfell students in finding available rental accommodations in the Corner Brook area.

This service compiles current rental listings from trusted public sources such as Facebook groups, Marketplace, Kijiji, and other reputable platforms. We contact landlords individually by phone and email to collect details about available accommodations including rental terms, expectations, and any specific guidelines. We gather and post all information with the landlords’ consent.

We publish updated listings biweekly on our dedicated Off-Campus Student Housing website for students’ convenience. Please note that we do not facilitate or broker connections between students and landlords. We provide information only and do not act as intermediaries in any rental agreements.

Important: Grenfell Campus and the Student Services Office do not assume any responsibility or liability for rental arrangements including but not limited to the condition of the rental properties, lease terms, or the actions of either party. It is the sole responsibility of the student and landlord to communicate, verify, and make decisions regarding rental agreements.

We strongly encourage all parties to exercise due diligence and take appropriate precautions when entering into rental arrangements.
