Refunds

A 100% refund of the tuition fee less a 15% administration fee will be issued if requested 15 days prior to the start of a course. The registration fee is payable and non-refundable 14 days prior to the start of the course.

Cancellations

Grenfell Campus Extended Learning reserves the right to cancel events wholly or in part in case of an insufficient number of participants, program cancellations, organizational reasons, changes of availability of speakers, or other unforeseeable events. Participants will be informed promptly of such changes and, should an event be cancelled by Grenfell Campus Extended Learning, all registration fees will be refunded in full.
