On‑Campus Courses

Students requiring test or exam accommodations for on‑campus courses must book each test or exam through ClockWork, in accordance with published booking deadlines.

Late booking requests may limit ACES ability to provide accommodations.

Remote and Online Courses

For remote or online courses, exam‑related accommodations are coordinated by instructors, in consultation with ACES and the Centre for Innovation in Teaching and Learning (CITL), where applicable.

Students are encouraged to confirm arrangements with their instructors well in advance of scheduled assessments.

NOTE: these arrangements may vary depending on the needs of the respective student and the format of exams administered in the course.
