Registering with ACES

New Students

Students seeking academic accommodations at Grenfell Campus must first register with ACES.

Step 1: Complete an Intake Request
Students complete an
online intake form and submit appropriate supporting documentation outlining their disability and functional limitations.

Step 2: Intake Appointment
Once documentation is reviewed, ACES will contact the student to schedule an intake meeting with an Accessibility Advisor. This meeting may take place in person or via video conferencing.

Step 3: Establish Accommodations
Following the intake process, individualized academic accommodations are determined and entered into the student’s file.
