The listing of off-campus housing options below is intended to assist students in their search; however, is not a recommendation or endorsement by the university. Students should always be diligent in determining whether or not potential accommodations are suitable and students are responsible for all communication and agreements with the landlord.   • Included utilities: Internet included but not the electricity 
  • One Parking space available.
  • Landlord is a faculty member  who lives in the upper level of the home with family, rides to and from campus may be negotiated based on his schedule.
  • Home expectations include: keeping the interior surroundings in the best possible condition, the tenant is responsible for mowing their own lawn, and clearing snow (mowers and snow clearing machines will be made available). Quiet hours of 11PM to 7AM on weekdays. Visitors staying for more than a night are to be discussed in advance of arrival.
