Infosilem - Timetable and schedule solutions
Memorial University utilizes Infosilem, a leading Canadian software solution, to manage and streamline course scheduling, timetabling, and resource allocation. This system is used to the benefit of academic departments and administrative units to build efficient schedules, manage room bookings, and optimize campus resources.
Infosilem enhances scheduling transparency and supports academic planning by providing users with access to real-time data, advanced scheduling tools, and a user-friendly interface.
Booking rooms and campus resources
Infosilem Campus Portal (booking and self-service tools)
The Infosilem web portal is used to request rooms and resources for select departments at Memorial. To access Infosilem you must have a valid MUN Login account. MUN login issues should be directed to the ITS Service Desk at help@mun.ca.
Infosilem Campus (scheduling and reporting tools)
Infosilem Campus requires configuration and appropriate user permissions. Reach out to the lead scheduler in your department for more information. If your department is currently not using Infosilem Campus email rosystems@mun.ca for more information.
