OnBase, by Hyland, is Memorial’s electronic document management solution and combines document imaging with electronic document management tools to capture, preserve, and deliver documents in digital form.
In 2017, the Registrar’s Office adopted OnBase to convert its paper-based undergraduate application and admission processes to one that involves capture, indexing, storage and sharing of documents electronically.
