Responsibility for the secretariat for Senate and for several major Senate and faculty committees also rests with this office.

A number of classrooms have been designated as spaces for students to attend remote lectures while on-campus. Available on a first-come-first-served basis, these spaces require students to bring their own devices and provide limited access to electrical outlets.
Memorial University has developed general technology standards for remote/online learning across Memorial’s campuses in fall 2020.
