| Thursday, Nov. 20 | Reserved seating lifted on or after the close of registration. |
| Monday, Dec. 22 | Tentative deactivation of waitlist processing after the close of registration. |
| Tuesday, Dec. 23 | Registration system unavailable. |
| Tuesday, Jan. 6 | Lectures begin for winter semester courses. Last day for students to pay fees for winter semester courses without incurring the late payment fee. |
| Tuesday, Jan. 13 | Final date for receipt, by the Registrar, of replacement grades for "INCOMPLETE" grades in undergraduate and graduate courses, fall semester. |
| Thursday, Jan. 15 | Deadline to apply to graduate at the 2026 spring convocation. Applications received after this date will be processed as time and resources permit. |
| Tuesday, Jan. 20 | Last day to add winter semester courses. Last day to drop winter semester courses and receive a 100% refund of tuition fees. |
| Tuesday, Jan. 27 | Last day to drop winter semester courses and receive a 50% refund of tuition fees. |
| Tuesday, Feb. 3 | Last day to drop winter semester courses and receive a 25% refund of tuition fees. No tuition fees will be refunded for courses dropped after this date. |
| Monday, Feb. 23 | Winter semester break begins at St. John's campus and Grenfell Campus. |
| Monday, March 2 | Lectures resume at St. John's campus and Grenfell Campus. |
| Tuesday, March 3 | Last day for students to drop winter semester courses without academic prejudice. |
| Wednesday, April 1 | Lectures will follow the Friday schedule on this day only. |
| Friday, April 3 | Good Friday, no lectures. |
| Wednesday, April 8 | Lectures end for winter semester. |
| Monday, April 13 | Examinations begin for winter semester. |
