| Tuesday, Nov. 19 | Reserved seating lifted after the close of registration. |
| Friday, Dec. 20 | Deactivation of waitlist processing after the close of registration. |
| Saturday, Dec. 21 | Registration system unavailable. |
| Tuesday, Jan. 7 | Lectures begin for winter semester courses. Last day for students to pay fees for winter semester courses without incurring the late payment fee. |
| Tuesday, Jan. 14 | Final date for receipt, by the Registrar, of replacement grades for "INCOMPLETE" grades in undergraduate and graduate courses, fall semester. |
| Wednesday, Jan. 15 | Deadline to apply to graduate at the 2025 spring convocation. Applications received after this date will be processed as time and resources permit. |
| Tuesday, Jan. 21 | Last day to add winter semester courses. Last day to drop winter semester courses and receive a 100% refund of tuition fees. |
| Tuesday, Jan. 28 | Last day to drop winter semester courses and receive a 50% refund of tuition fees. |
| Tuesday, Feb. 4 | Last day to drop winter semester courses and receive a 25% refund of tuition fees. No tuition fees will be refunded for courses dropped after this date. |
| Monday, Feb. 24 | Winter semester break begins at St. John's campus and Grenfell Campus. |
| Monday, March 3 | Lectures resume at St. John's campus and Grenfell Campus. |
| Tuesday, March 4 | Last day for students to drop winter semester courses without academic prejudice. |
| Wednesday, April 9 | Lectures end for winter semester. |
| Saturday, April 12 | Examinations begin for winter semester. |
| Friday, April 18 | Good Friday, no examinations scheduled. |
| Tuesday, April 22 | Examinations end for winter semester. |
| Monday, April 28 | Final winter semester grades released via Student Self-Service by 5 p.m. |
