| Tuesday, Nov. 21 | Reserved seating lifted after the close of registration. |
| Wednesday, Dec. 27 | Deactivation of waitlist processing after the close of registration. |
| Thursday, Dec. 28 | Registration system unavailable. |
| Thursday, Jan. 4 | Lectures begin for winter semester courses. Last day for students to pay fees for winter semester courses without incurring the late payment fee. |
| Thursday, Jan. 11 | Final date for receipt, by the Registrar, of replacement grades for "INCOMPLETE" grades in undergraduate and graduate courses, fall semester. |
| Monday, Jan. 15 | Deadline to apply to graduate at the 2024 spring convocation. Applications received after this date will be processed as time and resources permit. |
| Thursday, Jan. 18 | Last day to add winter semester courses. Last day to drop winter semester courses and receive a 100% refund of tuition fees. |
| Thursday, Jan. 25 | Last day to drop winter semester courses and receive a 50% refund of tuition fees. |
| Thursday, Feb. 1 | Last day to drop winter semester courses and receive a 25% refund of tuition fees. No tuition fees will be refunded for courses dropped after this date. |
| Monday, Feb. 19 | Winter semester break begins at St. John's campus and Grenfell Campus. |
| Monday, Feb. 26 | Lectures resume at St. John's campus and Grenfell Campus. |
| Thursday, Feb. 29 | Last day for students to drop winter semester courses without academic prejudice. |
| Friday, March 29 | Good Friday, no lectures. |
| Friday, April 5 | Lectures end for winter semester. |
| Wednesday, April 10 | Examinations begin for winter semester. |
| Friday, April 19 | Examinations end for winter semester. |
