| Thursday, Jan. 5 | Lectures begin for winter semester courses. Last day for students to pay fees for winter semester courses without incurring the late payment fee. |
| Thursday, Jan. 12 | Final date for receipt, by the Registrar, of replacement grades for "INCOMPLETE" grades in undergraduate and graduate courses, fall semester. |
| Sunday, Jan. 15 | Deadline to apply to graduate at the 2023 spring convocation. Applications received after this date will be processed as time and resources permit. |
| Thursday, Jan. 19 | Last day to add winter semester courses. Last day to drop winter semester courses and receive a 100% refund of tuition fees. |
| Thursday, Jan. 26 | Last day to drop winter semester courses and receive a 50% refund of tuition fees. |
| Thursday, Feb. 2 | Last day to drop winter semester courses and receive a 25% refund of tuition fees. No tuition fees will be refunded for courses dropped after this date. |
| Wednesday, Feb. 15 | Classes recommence for paused courses/sections. |
| Monday, Feb. 20 | Winter semester break begins for all courses. |
| Monday, Feb. 27 | Lectures resume for all courses. |
| Thursday, March 2 | Last day for students to drop winter semester courses without academic prejudice. |
| Thursday, April 6 | Lectures end, winter semester for not paused courses. Lectures follow a Tuesday schedule for ALL courses. |

| Monday, April 10 | Lectures end, winter semester for paused courses. Last day for students to drop winter semester courses without academic prejudice. Last day to drop winter semester courses and receive a 100% refund of tuition fees. |
