Visual Arts Program: Creative Research Talks | Tuesday, Nov. 25, 4:30 to 6:30 pm
Grenfell’s Visual Arts Faculty’s research resolves in artworks, shared in galleries, festivals, conferences and other events across the country and beyond. A single artwork can be enriched with layers of meaning and years of research to back it up. The Visual Arts program invites our community - colleagues, friends, neighbours, students - to visit us at the Grenfell Art Gallery to view the faculty exhibition Hard Westerlies, curated by Jane Walker.
After experiencing the artwork, grab a snack, a drink, and join us in FA 224 for a series of short informal research talks by current VA Faculty in Studio Art, to shed light on the works in the exhibition, and how they intersect individual creative practices.
