Notification of Eligibility
Applicants with missing requirements are notified after each review of their application with details of the missing requirements. Advice concerning options for meeting graduation requirements, if applicable, is provided at that time.
All eligible applicants receive a letter confirming their eligibility for the award of their degree, diploma, or certificate once the Registrar’s Office has verified that graduation requirements have been met. Timeframes for issuing eligibility letters for each Convocation period are outlined below.
|Spring (May/June)||Fall||December||Mid January|
|Spring (May/June)||Winter||April||Early-Mid May|
|Fall (October)||Spring||August||Early September|
*Eligibility letters are normally sent 10 – 12 business days after official grades are released, once all applications have been reviewed and eligibility for all applicants has been verified.
Only if special circumstances warrant, students may request to have a letter of eligibility to graduate issued earlier than the scheduled release of letters.
