Request a program audit

Students are strongly encouraged to request a degree audit after you have declared your program and completed 60 credit hours (usually 20 courses) or more than half of the degree.

To ensure you are completing the courses required for your program, you can request a program audit or contact the appropriate assistant registrar for assistance.

Do not submit a degree audit if you have already completed an application for graduation.

Humanities and social sciences students

If you are a student in the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences (HSS) you should submit your request to audit_arts@mun.ca. HSS audits should only be requested after students have completed at least 60 credit hours.

It will take approximately six to eight weeks before you receive your completed audit.

Business administration students

If you are completing a bachelor of business administration you can run a program audit through Memorial Self-Service.

Engineering students

If you are in the bachelor of engineering program you should consult the department head for academic advice.

Science students

If you are a student in the Faculty of Science, you should submit your request to science_registrar@mun.ca. Science audits should only be requested after students have completed at least 60 credit hours and a minimum of one course at the 2000 level or above in the major subject.

Students in all other programs

If you are studying a program, other than those listed above, you can request an audit by submitting a Request Program Advice form to the Registrar's Office.
