As a prospective student, a new student or a student beyond first year, you may or may not know which program of study to choose. First Year Information (FYI) provides a brief outline of available programs along with a recommended selection of courses for your first two semesters and it is always a great resource to see introductory level course descriptions for any department.
When considering program options consider the following:
- Does my program of choice have direct admission?
- How do I declare a major or minor?
- Do I need to be aware of specific application deadlines for my intended program?
- When is the next information session for the program I am interested in?
After you have declared a program and have more than half of your degree completed, you can ask for a degree audit to see what requirements are remaining for you to complete.
