The Tri-Agencies have overhauled their shared financial administration guide, shifting from rules-based to principles-based accounting. Memorial University's Financial and Administrative Services office is currently reviewing the new guide, and developing an implementation plan. Until further notice, the 2017 Tri-Agency Financial Administrative Guide (https://www.nserc-crsng.gc.ca/professors-professeurs/financialadminguide-guideadminfinancier/index_eng.asp) remains in effect at Memorial.
