Co-operative Education

Co-operative education is at the forefront of experiential learning at Memorial University.

Memorial’s co-operative education programs are among the largest in Atlantic Canada, graduating over 8,000 students into rewarding careers worldwide. Employers benefit each year with access to well-rounded students who are eager to put their skills to work.

The university's highly successful programs offer a combination of classroom study and work term placements in local, national and international businesses and organizations. The goal is to fuse academic knowledge with practical experience, creating highly qualified and knowledgeable professionals prepared to meet the demands of today’s workforce.
