Exhibition & Display Questions

Q: What happens if my artwork is selected?
A: Selected artists will receive a notification by December 1, 2025 with further details about delivery, display logistics, and participation in exhibition events.

Q: How will my artwork be displayed?
A: Artwork will be installed in secure, public spaces on campus. Display methods (wall mounting, plinths, monitors for digital work) will be discussed with selected artists based on medium and requirements.

A: Digital and video submissions are welcome and can be played on the campus TV monitors.

Artwork Handling & Return

Q: How will my artwork be transported and returned?
A: Selected artists will receive instructions for safe delivery and return options. Artists are responsible for delivery; pieces will be available for pick up. We are hoping to arrange drop-off locations with partner organizations across the province, more details will be provided to selected artists.

A: Yes! An opening reception will be held in Spring 2026, featuring artist talks, guided tours, and a chance to reconnect with fellow alumni.
