PhD admission requirements
Admission to our PhD in management program is limited and competitive.
In most circumstances, a master’s degree from a university of recognized standing in an appropriate area of study is required. Applicants without a business background will be considered but may require additional courses in the functional areas of business.
GMAT or GRE
A GMAT score of at least 600 or GRE with a balanced score of 310 is required.
Proficiency in English is required. Applicants whose master’s degree is not from recognized institution where English is the primary language of instruction must complete either the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) and achieve a paper-based score of at least 580; computer-based score of at least 237; or an Internet-based score of at least 92-93.
The International English Language Testing System (IELTS) with a score of seven or higher is also accepted.
A clear and strong statement of your research interest focusing on what you want to study, and identifying at least one of our faculty members who focuses on this area of expertise, will benefit your application.
