Graduate awards, scholarships and bursaries
The Faculty of Business Administration is privileged to have strong and dedicated supporters and alumni within the business community whose financial contributions support student success. This generosity translates to over $62,000 in awards, scholarships and bursaries for graduate business students each year, enabling them to pursue excellence in their academic programs. There are additional external Scholarships, Awards and Bursaries available through the School of Graduate Studies.
The deadline for the submission of the Faculty of Business Administration Scholarship & Awards applications and Bursary applications is Feb. 2, 2023.
Scholarships are based on academic performance and are awarded to the student with the highest average meeting the conditions of the scholarship. Scholarship standing (minimum 75% average) is required for all scholarships.
An award is offered to recognize special achievements or to assist with special projects or travel. Awards may be given to students with a minimum of clear standing as defined by the university and outlined under UNIVERSITY REGULATIONS - General Academic Regulations (Undergraduate), Continuance and Readmission, Eligibility for Continuance, and meeting the other conditions of the award.
Please note that some Faculty of Business Administration Scholarships & Awards are specific to a particular program(s) and others are available to all graduate business students. The criteria for each Scholarship, Award and Bursary is determined and specified by the donor.
For all scholarships, awards, and bursaries, with the exception of the Dr. Robert Sexty Scholarship for Social Responsibility, applicants must be full-time students to be eligible.
