Student technology survey: In-depth analysis on student needs

In-depth information is now available on the challenges students are facing in relation to remote learning ahead of this fall semester.

Earlier in July, results of an institution-wide student survey was shared, providing information about their access to technology for learning. Since that time, a further analysis has been completed on an open-ended question that asked students what they need to help them complete their course work this fall semester. Major themes include tension between synchronous and asynchronous delivery methods; availability of help; a desire for lecture recordings; and availability of instructors for online office hours.

Access the full report; also, review all the information related to the survey and its results. If you have questions about the survey or the results, please contact Thomas Hawkins, assistant director of technology, CITL.
