Planning the program

 

If you are interested in holding a program at Harlow Campus, an Expression of Interest Form is required to be submitted to your Department Head and/or Dean’s Office, who shall then forward onto the General Manager, Harlow Campus:

A minimum of 13 months before the program date is recommended.  Suggested deadlines for each semester are:
Winter semester – November 30 (or next business day)
Spring/Intersession/Summer semesters – March 31 (or next business day)
Fall semester – July 31 (or next business day)

Harlow Campus staff can also provide guidance and do further investigation on the costs, availability of field trips and associated venues.

Harlow Campus can provide catering for students/faculty/staff on field trips, in addition to the evening meal, at a cost. Please refer to the General Manager for current prices.
