The Faculty of Arts is sad to announce the passing of Henriquietta (Kathy) Duarte who died Feb. 8 in Peterborough, Ontario. Kathy served Memorial University for many years, as secretary for the Department of French and Spanish and as acontractual instructor in the Spanish department. A memorial service will beheld in St. John's in April but the date has not yet been fixed.
