Ph.D. student Subshish Kundu Sunny was recently awarded the Young Pipeliners International Emerging Young Pipeline Professional Award at the 21st Pipeline Technology Conference in Berlin. The conference attracts more than 1,000 participants from 50+ different countries around the world. Operators, contractors, regulators, high technology innovators - all mingling and contributing their expertise and industry insight – making the ptc the most international pipeline industry event in the world.

Young Pipeliners International (YPI) is a forum where young pipeliner groups from all over the world collaborate to share experiences and best practices. Representatives from groups in USA, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Europe, Australia, India, Nigeria, Malaysia, and China share the common goal of building the next generation of pipeliners. YPI helps newcomers to the industry gain knowledge, experience, and understanding of different facets of pipelines.
