Career and Graduate School Fair
This event is a partnership between Memorial University and College of the North Atlantic.
Date: Wednesday September 25, 2024
Time: 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Where: Field House, Memorial University of Newfoundland

Meet many of the best and the brightest students and graduates Newfoundland and Labrador has to offer. Inform Memorial University and CNA students, recent graduates, and alumni about your organization, available positions, graduate programs and raise awareness about your company's profile on campus. This is a great opportunity for:

- 1 table with tablecloth and skirting, 2 chairs, and 1 power drop (Suggestion: bring your own extension cord)

Prime Location Sponsorships ($1,649)
- 20' wide X 8' deep booth placed in front row opposite of entrance
- 2 tables with table cloth and skirting, 2 chairs, and 1 power drop (Suggestion: bring your own extension cord)
- Wireless internet available
- 5 lunch passes
- Organization bio and logo, which will be placed on our website- Identified as a sponsor (100 words max.)
Non-profit Package ($329.00) * (similar to a registered charity)
*Non-profit status proof required.

Materials being shipped to Memorial University can be shipped no earlier than September 4, 2023 since we have limited storage space available. Please be sure to ship all materials to one of the below addresses (Please note shipping dates associated with each address). Career Development, Student Life cannot promise you the safety of materials. if received elsewhere on campus.

Please clearly identify your organization on the outside of your shipped materials. This will allow us to ensure that your materials will arrive safely at your booth for your arrival.
Payments are accepted by credit card or invoice. Invoice payments must be received by Friday September 13, 2024. (In order to attend the Career & Graduate School Fair, invoice payments must be received by Sept. 15)

Return / Refund Policy:
Prior to August 30, 2024 – Full Refund
August 31, to September 13, 2024 – 50% Refund
from September 14, 2024 to September 25, 2024 - NO REFUND
Career Fair Weather Cancellation Policy:
Neither a refund nor a compensatory registration at an upcoming Fair will be issued if the Fair is in operation as scheduled and an exhibitor is unable to attend due to adverse weather conditions.
In the event Memorial University cancels the Career Fair due to unforeseen circumstances, only the following will be refunded:

Late Payment:
A late payment fee of $75 will be added if payment is not received by Oct. 28, 2024.
