The Faculty of Engineering and Applied Science will not be offering in-person summer camps in 2020.
We are adhering to provincial health and safety regulations and Newfoundland and Labrador’s COVID-19 Alert Level System. Gatherings are not permitted on campus until further notice. Our camps would be considered non-essential gatherings and will not proceed this summer.
Memorial Engineering Outreach is planning some remote/virtual programming this summer in order to maintain connections with Newfoundland and Labrador youth and help them experience the wonder and excitement of science, technology, engineering and math (STEM). If you would like to be kept up to date with these developments, please sign up for our mailing list.
A new program in 2019 for children in grades 1 and 2! If you have a young child who is curious about robotics, science and how things work, this is the camp for them! Drop-off will start at 8:30am and the program will conclud at 4:30pm. Pick-up must be before 5:00pm.
Children will be exposed to hands-on learning experiences, design challenges and many topics that are building blocks to engineering. For more information, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
