Self Identification

Memorial University is committed to creating an inclusive work environment that is dedicated to diversity, equality and mutual respect. With this commitment comes the understanding that our workforce must reflect the diversity of skills, creativity and talent that is evident in the communities that we serve.

Collecting statistics on the university’s workforce and the labour market is an important part of Memorial’s employment equity program. All employees are asked to complete a short self- identifying survey. Information gathered will assist Memorial in identifying and removing barriers to employment and advancement.

Completing your self-ID survey will help to maintain an accurate picture of our workforce. You have the right to review and update your employment equity information at any time and can be assured that this information will not be used for unauthorized purposes. If you have any questions please contact the employment equity officer at: (709)864-2548 or equity@mun.ca.

If you have completed and submitted the survey, please accept our thanks. If you have not had the opportunity, please complete it online to be counted. We're counting on you!
