Early October - School of Pharmacy Application for Admission forms are made available for the next admissions cycle.
September – February –to maintain admission eligibility, applicants are required to complete two on-line assessments: CASPer test and CASPer Snapshot. These on-line assessment tools play an important part in the admissions process. We strongly encourage applicants to complete these assessments well in advance of the last possible opportunity. February 1 - Deadline to apply for admission in September of that same year.
February 15 - Deadline to receive official transcripts from every university and/or college attended (other than Memorial University), including trancripts from AP and IB programs. If registered during the 2021 winter semester, the transcript must include the 2021 winter semester courses.
February - April - Applications are processed.
May 1 - if you're registered for winter semester courses at an institution other than Memorial University, an official transcript showing final grades must be sent directly by the institution to the Office of the Registrar. If an official transcript is unavailable by May 1, unofficial grades can be sent to email@example.com
By mid-May: Select candidates are invited to an on-site face-to-face interview. Normally, interviews are face-to-face and on-campus in St. John’s. However, because of COVID-19, interviews in May 2021 may be held using some form of virtual technology. Further decisions about the form of interview will be announced on this web page at a later date.
Applicants waitlisted for an interview or who are unsuccessfull will be notified at this time.
June 1 - Official transcripts from the winter semester must be sent directly by the institution to the Office of the Registrar.
By mid -June: Offers of admission are emailed to selected candidates. Unsuccessful candidates and candidates waitlisted for an offer of admission are notified.
Mid-July: Registration for fall semester begins.
