Changes to HR forms and job postings information

The Department of Human Resources is in the process of updating its website. In coming weeks the site will be re-launched in a new, modern responsive design. In the meantime, as a result of work that is taking place, changes have occurred to the listing of HR forms and job postings on the current site.

<u>All up-to-date HR forms and detailed information on internal job postings will now only be available in the my.mun.ca portal.</u>

Forms currently on the HR website will be removed over coming weeks.

With the changes, the site now features a list of available internal positions sorted by campus. For complete internal position information, accessing the portal is required.

Complete information about external job postings will continue to be available on the HR website and is now also sorted by campus.

To access the portal, individuals will need to enter their MUN login ID and password and, once in, choose either the “Employee” or “Retiree” tab (whichever is applicable). If you have forgotten either your login ID or password, please click on the “Having Problems” tab on the my.mun.ca login page for assistance.
