PowerHour 2 – Regulation: Strategies to Reduce Anxiety

People and Culture is pleased to present the Atlantic Institutions PowerHour Series, this is a new mental-resilience initiative presented by the Atlantic Institute for Resilience (AIR).

This session, PowerHour 2, teaches practical tools to regulate anxiety and stay grounded during high-pressure moments. This session will help participants know how to identify the early signs of anxiety, clear the mental fog that stress creates, and tap into the body’s natural ability to calm and rebalance the nervous system.
