If you want to establish, repurpose, or delete a position to change the existing complement of your staff you are required to send HR a formal request. The formal request must include:
- what type of change is requested
- the proposed position title if adding or repurposing a position
- length of position or contract
- position description
- proposed organizational chart
- confirmation of funding, space, and if deleting a position if the position funding should be reallocated to operating budget.
