For Adjunct professor appointments, please view the Office of the Provost and Vice-President website. The following information shall be submitted to the dean for consideration:

1. A letter of request from the individual to the dean requesting a new appointment or a renewal of the appointment
2. The Adjunct Professor Appointment form
3. Current curriculum vitae of the individual
4. Letter of support from the current employer
