What are microaggressions? And why are they a health and safety hazard for equity-deserving people and for workplaces? This skill building webinar will provide learners with the ability to understand microaggressions and their impacts while building personal and professional practices that challenge bias and encourage safety and equity. This session will explore communication and conflict resolution skills, strategies for intervention and response, and resources to bring back to your teams.
