Provisional or Final Admission

Provisional admission

If you are currently taking courses either in high school, at Memorial, or another post-secondary institution, your application and official and/or unofficial interim documents can be considered for provisional admission.  Provisional admission means we have verified that either your high school courses match with our admission requirements or that you are currently in good standing at your current post-secondary institution.

If you complete courses during a semester/session and you still have provisional acceptance you will receive credit for courses completed and passed in the semester/session. If your final documents are received and you do not meet final admission requirements your admission will be revoked which means you will no longer be eligible to attend Memorial. Therefore, it is important for you to provide as much accurate and current documentation as possible to ensure your provisional acceptance is accurate.

Final admission

When all required final official documents have been received, your application will be assessed for final admission based upon your final grades and academic status.
