The Canadian Centre for Diversity and Inclusion (CCDI) is holding a webinar on barriers to Asian inclusion during Asian Heritage Month. The webinar will cover the docility myth, the bamboo ceiling and how the concept of professionalism and leadership is viewed as racial construct. The webinar will also explore ways we can break these barriers to inclusion for a better workplace.
