The Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) will be performing an upgrade of the MUNLogin system. As a result, MUNLogin will be unavailable from 7-7:30 a.m. on April 8 while this upgrade is completed. For more information, contact the OCIO Service Desk at help@mun.ca or (709) 864-4595 during business hours: Monday-Thursday from 8 a.m.-7:30 p.m.; Friday from 8 a.m.-5:30 p.m.

The Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) advises on planned network maintenance on the St. John’s campus which will impact connections Spencer Hall.

The maintenance is planned for Wednesday, Apr. 8, 2026, between 12-2 a.m. During this time there will be outages to the network in this building. This includes wired network access (wall plates beginning “SP”), wireless, and VoIP telephony.

Please note that the Document Manager service (docs.mun.ca) has reached retirement, and as a result, new sites will not be provisioned moving forward. 

Alternate storage areas are available to support your needs, such as OneDrive and Teams sites.
