Human Resources temporary location change

The Department of Human Resources would like to advise clients (employees and retirees) that it will be experiencing a temporary relocation of front line client service employees to Mount Scio Road to accommodate renovations that will be taking place to some of the space the department occupies on the fourth floor of the Arts and Administration Building on the St. John’s campus.

The move will take place on Feb. 14-15. While the move is being conducted during the weekend in an effort to minimize interruption in services, response times may be impacted during the lead up to the move and shortly thereafter.

With this move, front counter service will be temporarily located through room A-4048 for all clients requiring drop off service only. All other requests for client service or information will be redirected to extension 2434. HR clients who wish to submit documents or requests electronically may do so by sending them to humanres@mun.ca

Client groups are asked to submit documents/requests either electronically or by paper only. This is in the interest of avoiding duplication of paperwork, which is especially important to avoid confusion in processing.

The temporary move and renovations are necessary as HR changes its service delivery model to better serve clients. HR representatives will be present throughout the weekend to ensure the security of all HR information.

The department appreciates your understanding during this move and the upcoming renovation period.
