Employment Equity Survey
Memorial University is committed to creating an inclusive work environment that is dedicated to diversity, equality and mutual respect. An important part of this commitment is the collection of statistics on the university’s workforce and the labour market.
Tina Hickey, Memorial’s employment equity officer said, “We are asking people who haven’t completed the Employment Equity Survey to please consider doing so. The information from the survey is important as it helps Memorial identify barriers to employment and advancement. A high survey completion rate provides us with a more accurate picture of our workforce.”
Employees have the right to review and update their employment equity information at any time and can be assured that information shared will be kept confidential.
The link to the survey can be found by logging in to my.mun.ca, clicking on the Employee Services tab and then choosing the “Current Leave, Pay, Equity and Employee Self Service Data” button. If you require a paper copy of the survey or an alternative format, please contact Ms. Hickey at (709) 864-2548 or email: equity@mun.ca.
