Dr. Sheila Garland is a clinical psychologist and assistant professor of psychology and oncology at Memorial University. She is the director of the Sleep, Health and Wellness Lab.
Join Dr. Garland and learn how to use the latest in sleep science to improve your overall health and well-being. She will talk about why we sleep, how we sleep, and how to fix your sleep if it gets off track.
