Publishing

The deposit of data into a repository, which is often required by granting agencies, is often referred to as sharing or publishing research data. Publishing research data allows for greater discovery, access and visibility. This stage involves the publishing of research data and/or its associated metadata so that it can be found, cited and potentially reused.
