NSERC representatives on campus

Representatives from NSERC will be visiting Memorial on Wednesday, June 5, for a community engagement visit to provide researchers, students and other stakeholders with an opportunity to learn more about some recent program and policy developments.

This is an opportunity for members of the Memorial community to ask questions and seek more information from NSERC’s Serge Villemure, director, scholarships and fellows.

The session takes place on from 9 a.m.-12 p.m. in IIC-2014, Bruneau Centre for Research and Innovation.

Topics that will be covered during the site visit will be as follows:

 
  • Common CV and new Research Portal
  • Harmonization of the Canada Graduate Scholarships
  • Five-year Evaluation of the Discovery Grants Program
  • Changes to the Post-doctorate Fellowships Timelines
  • Allocation of Discovery Grants Budget Among Evaluation Groups
